To get on board our auction platform you need your account on this platform. New user? Create an account on Grape.ca, add your credit card and send us a request through our Contact Us page. Just so you know, auction platform account is separate from your Grape.ca account with its unique username and password to log in. Note too many wrong logins might get your IP banned; if needed try the password reset option instead.

Auction Participation:

Log into your account, select the domain you want, and place your bid. All bids are submitted as hidden proxy bids, so your maximum bid is never visible to other bidders.

If you are new to TBR, take a moment to learn how TBR domains work before placing your first bid.

To help ensure a fair auction, an anti-sniping rule is in effect. If a bid is placed during the final minutes of an auction, the auction end time will be automatically extended, giving all bidders an opportunity to respond.

If you win a domain, we will use the contact information associated with your Grape.ca account to transfer ownership after payment has been completed.

For purchases over $1,000, customers without an established payment history with Grape must pay by e-transfer, wire transfer, or certified cheque.

Pre-TBR Domains:

Snag a deal in the Pre-TBR Domains section! Bid on domains that haven’t been renewed, and the owner told us, “Sell it before it hits TBR.”
Quick heads up: After the auction, the owner gets the winning bid as an offer. They can say yes or no. Most say yes, but no sure-fire guarantees on the transfer. We might tweak the rules if things don’t feel right for bidders.

SMS Notifications: Stay in the loop! If you want SMS alerts related to an auction, make sure to fill out the notification section in your account and add your phone number to the billing contact.
